Bad experiences.

The customer services not have available Spanish talker at 24/7. The services for changes method of payment is complicated and the customer services not guide in the traumatic process. I not recommended this enterprise.

Have not received product after three weeks. Pureway has not communicated any issue(s) with the order, so I have reached out and now wait for word back.

You are liars just like

You are liars just like every other company. I needed a return box and interacted with AI agent that said "sure! Enter your address and one will be on the way!" Which is a lie, none came. Then interacted with two human customer service agents who claimed Pureway doesn't provide replacement return boxes. I could buy a new system was only offered remedy. I then emailed with Chris in customer service. He perpetuated the lie one more time. Chris then informed me a return box was available for $50 shipping and handling. FOR WHAT?!? IT IS AN EMPTY BOX! You are not the only fish in the sea. I will take my money elsewhere, the only penalty I can enforce
