Boxes did not come with
Boxes did not come with return labels. When I called, customer service person insisted it was in the box. Had to use chat to get someone who would listen and contacted someone else who sent me the label by email. I suggest you train the people who answer the phone not to push off customers with a problem or lose their patient. Maybe she was having a bad day. But don't take it out on customers. Instead or arguing with me, jus sent thereturn label-- what is the big deal. I had to use chat to get someone to send the return label.
