What a terrible experience. I never got my results and am still trying to get assistance a month later!

Poor customer service

The Groupon I purchased cannot be redeemed. I bought it a few days ago and when I entered the code it said it was expired and I cannot get anyone to help me. I feel like I wasted 159$.

After going in and receiving the wrong test I again returned and got the right one done. There is a random number of hcg given that literally means nothing to me. When I contacted the "help" desk they said I could purchase a doctors consultation to interpret the test results. Absolute waste of time money and energy! And did not include the information stated on the groupon website. Very disappointed.

For the amount of money you charged, I expected a lot more. As it was, I only got an allergy test of 15 items. There were not even any fruits. You call this worth $199.00 That is absurd! If you want a real allergy test go to your allergist or naturopath.
