Whole Process is too Time Consuming. Not user friendly and appointment didnt actually get processed however led me to believe it did.

When I paid for my Lab upfront, no one informed me that I needed the Order from a Dr and that I had too OWN my own Personal Computer too receive the results. I feel like the Kid that was promised his 1st New Shiney Bike at Christmas Morning & when that day came, it was not there. The Depression is very heavy on my Heart as I thought I had at last solved a 60 year riddle.
