Nearly a month after testing, still no results. I called, got an apology and assurance that the results would post... never happened. I emailed and got a reply explaining what TBD means rather than explaining why I still don't have my results. I have used this service several times in the past, but next time I will most likely look elsewhere.

Phone call not returned. Can't get a straight answer on email. Poor customer service.

Horrible experience. It's been over 4 weeks and I still don't have my results. I don't even know if they ran the correct test.
