My most recent experience has been terrible. I had ordered a lab test which went unused due to covid and the lab order expired. I requested that it be reinstated- which it was, but with a $15 fee. I requested that the $15 fee be waived - and never heard back from support. After the cust serv rep on the phone was unable to assist me, he said to email support. I emailed support. I received an automated 'we got your request' email back but never heard from anyone... and then Personalabs sent me a feedback form to see how well support had handed the request - that they never responded to.
