Results take too long!!!!!!

Sent an email message yesterday asking if I had to print out the Lab Order, or if I could just show Quest the pdf. Never got an answer, just some lame "Thanks for writing us" message.

On your website I selected the test through Lab Corp that I wanted and then was told to select a testing site. I selected a DLO site and showed up for my appointment. They said that my test was not in their system and that they did not do tests for Lab Corp. Your site should only allow appointments to be booked at sites that accept the test that was selected.

I live in New York on the boarder of Connecticut and was planning on going to CT for my CBC differential test, but because of my address I can’t get a lab order. So now I have a test I can’t ise and there is no option to address this. I sent a conta t email about this and have not gotten a response.
