Worst possible experience

We as customers pay for services and expect good service without being harassed. Since the onset of Covid, Masking has been used as an excuse for political theater. Harassing and requiring customers to wear an ineffective device against their will in order to get service is inexcusable. If idiotic policies are not revised, I'm sure myself along with many other customers will choose alternate means of service. My body my choice right !
