Still waiting for results 6 days later and think I overpaid for some tests because some Of the blood work crossed over each other

Sadly PersonalLabs is an oxymoron. The ease of ordering the tests is great, but getting the order for the drawing of the labs was horrendous. No customer service help, no tech support, just an old answering machine and no returned calls. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Be available for your clients - I surely will never use your service again or recommend it.

Disappointed with personalabs. I got results from the facility that performed that lab draw long before personalabs gave me results. I also could have gotten the lab cheaper if I paid the facility directly.
