Labs drawn on 7/8 and still no results

I purchased a female hormone test over two days ago and I still haven't received the lab order. I reached out yesterday to let them know and still haven't received a response back.

Personalabs took $29 from me and gave me nothing for it. I had to go to Quest Diagnostic as a walk in two days later and pay them $59.

I already asked several time to cancel My order and I left several Voice mail I am Contacting my cc company of you don’t cancel
