I had to go through six different companies to get the results and talk to a physician.

5 emails for the exact same thing. What a waste of time

I can't locate my order to print. The link sent to me doesn't work and the instructions aren't helping because they tell me to choose links that don't exist.

Waiting on results that I know must be run w/in 48 hours or the sample isn’t viable. It’s day 5 and nothing.
