Lab results take so long. Used to be within 24-48 hours now sometimes it’s longer than a week.

I would prefer to make an appointment as a precursor to ordering the test. I would also like to see a lowest price guarantee. I inevitably order a test and find out I could have gotten it for a more economical price.

Had issue with website generating blood test order.I used service previously 3-4 other times. After talking to customer service which by the way were very helpful turns out they don’t issue to my state.Maybe you should filter out before you take money. Was kind of a hassle

This is the first time this has happened, but NO barcode was ever sent.

I thought it would be an at home test but it was ok
