Your online business offerings are great. Customer telephone service is great. Currently have issues with accessing my results online and tech dept not helpful. Would like to use continually and tell others, but need my account issues resolved first.

Quest Diagnostics couldn't find my personal labs profile where I ordered the tests. The test results took too long. 12 days for O&P.

I have had allergy tests done before for food and they were all over the board. I find it odd that every food had no precise information to it and I have sensitivities to nothing according to your tests, unless I am reading it incorrectly. But I do know that I have either allergies or sensitivities to certain foods. So now I'm not sure what to think, especially having paid $199 for the test. :( Maria Genetti

just let people know up front there is no doctor available to review abnormal results..took three days

I've just requested some on-line forms and search for the nearest lab. Your on line software seems to have some bugs in it or I'm clicking too many times because it is slow.
