Not sure if I am even registered to receive the labs once they are complete

The site is a little confusing. I didn't know where to go to get my lab order. I don't know where to go to create an account.

Some of your lab descriptions are out of date. I cannot recall which ones, but one of them stated that it would be updated in 2012 or something. It would be helpful if Personalabs had a comparison feature to help people select bundled lab packages. I have had to create my own to compare tests and prices in packages, and it was very time-consuming. I do like that my lab orders are sent to Quest for ease in continuity of care.

When checking out, and you choose Paypal, then your login is not exact, you switch to changes passwords, then xfer back to Paypal, it makes you pay twice for a single lab. The login seems to be 100% sure that you are logged in correctly, THEN pay with Paypal. Some crazy logic to jump out of a payment screen, change you login, then jump back to Paypal seems to be idiotic. Had to get on a chat session to resolve my order number and how may times I paid for a single test. Heaven forbid you want then to order the wife the same test, while still logged on. WOW! Who wrote that?
