I tried to order some vitamins that sold for a great price. I had trouble placing the order and Shelly came to the rescue! She was friendly but professional. She fixed my problem, and in a very pleasant way.

Extremely helpful customer service Representative. When I called to apply rewards she checked my records and gave me more $ off based on my recent activity.

My order had not been shipped for a few days so I emailed the company asking when it would be shipped. They responded promptly, explaining the delay in shipping and giving me a $10 refund on the purchase because I had to wait an extra few days. I thought this was very responsive and that they went above and beyond my expectations. I received the purchase and am very happy with it. I will definitely be ordering from Pharmaca again.

I expressed some frustration over a product which was on back order. However I was contacted by customer service and they pulled out all the bells and whistles. As a woman of the ’60’ I have difficulty in adapting to the diminishing freedoms of these times. It would b nice to have more Pharmaca stores to avoid all the shipping etc, however I realise that survival in this weird time is paramount.
