I wish that I’d received my product and was writing a 5 star review. However, I’ve not yet received the ordered product. Customer service replied to my second email about not receiving the product that the shipping tracker said had been delivered. She kindly reordered at no cost, explaining it was a one-time benefit. I appreciate that. That was 5 days ago and the product has not yet shipped. It’s been several weeks, so I’m frustrated. The pandemic probably has impacted the company but I’m still frustrated. I give 3 stars because of the customer service person’s efforts. Shipping gets one star. I’m hoping to change my rating Upwards if I ever receive the product.
