I hope that then Spermidine Memory is holding off my Frontotemporal Dementia. It’s hard to define, but I have a level of buzzing and thumping varies over weeks. I am dropping this very often. I hope that the symptoms will hold steady or decrease over time, since FTD is a death sentence.

Expensive

I suppose this is good if you don't eat foods that contain Spermidine but eating small amounts of tempeh or other things will provide far more Spermidine than these do. I'm actually bothered that I didn't research this much prior to buying these expensive supplements that don't actually contain much Spermidine.

Have taken spermidine for two months and have not noticed any impact. Will take for another month and then evaluate whether to reorder since product is relatively expensive.
