Have taken spermidine for two months and have not noticed any impact. Will take for another month and then evaluate whether to reorder since product is relatively expensive.

Beware those with Gluten Sensitivity.
Not sure if the Gluten triggered some autoimmune neuro symptoms so stopped taking. Probably a great supplement if you are not sensitive to Gluten.
