Terrible

Placed an order July 3rd and today is July 16 and have yet to receive a package or any update on shipping. Called to cancel my order and the rep explained it’s a walk in store also so if the stuff I ordered sells then it sells and I’m then second priority. Even though I’ve already been charged. Tried to cancel the order to order else where and she attempted to sell me on other wax beads. Asked for a refund and she stated she would call me back and has escalated this issue and it’s been 4 days no call. And NO WAX. As a business owner this is by far the biggest let down and will no longer be ordering supplies from this company.

Bad Customer Service

No one contacted me about shipping or my order and I am still waiting for the head rest for one of the medical chairs. One chair came with the headrest the other did not and I still don’t know what is going on with the plastic covers that I ordered with these chairs.

We have had multiple challenges
