A long drawn out process and I still didn’t get what I ordered
They didn’t have the product I ordered and sent me something else. When I contacted S&E to fix- they told me they didn’t make a mistake and that I had the correct product. Then I had to write a long email with product information and evidence it was wrong. Then when they finally acknowledged they sent me the wrong product- they said they’d send the new one to make it right. But after a week of hearing nothing from them, I reached back out to get a tracking number and they informed me they didn’t even have the product. Seems like something they could have told me sooner. Poor operation going on over there. Will never order from them again. At the very least- Cherry, the woman I was working with, was nice about it.
