I have not received the massage table I ordered.

The online store and customer service experience has been great. Delivery on the other hand is so far horrendous. The estimated delivery date was January 7th. My table was in Brampton on January 6th, it is January 15th and I still have not been contacted to schedule my delivery. At this rate I do not know when I will receive the table I purchased since December 15th.

Stressful delivery and broken product

Delivery was scheduled and they said they would call me and I’d have to sign for it - they never called me, and instead, they dropped it in my yard in the rain and zero contact was made between myself and the delivery drivers. When unpacking - an entire side panel fell off the bed, and the half moon shaped panel that covers the wheels (horizontally) popped off also. It was never screwed in or pre drilled, so the piece of wood is just sat on top and comes off easily. Delivery was poor, and part of the bed is broken.

The delivery process has been stressful and overwhelming. I spent a whole day on the phone back and forth with Spa & Equipment and R+L Carrier to figure something out. This was the worst experience, and it's still not over because I still have to see if my order arrived in good condition. I'm giving two stars because the last rep I spoke with from Spa & Equipment was kind, and I understand there's only so much she can do, and it's not her fault. Even after a horrible experience, she couldn't get permission to refund me for the shipping unless I signed up for a membership, which I don't need since I'm a solo Esthetician.
