Delivery company was a nightmare- chair then defective
The only pleasant part of our ordeal with this company was one employee who tired to assist. In the long run, it made no difference as the company policies are inflexible and they have poor quality control. Delivery arrangements they have with an outside delivery company locks you into their policies, to leave the 500 lb chair on your driveway and missed delivery windows and days, were horrendous. $1700 chair has defective upholstery that they say “are just a variant of the product and color. ” I will never purchase from them again. Very disappointing experience and extremely stressful. Once you pay for your item (especially a large chair), you will be stuck - no matter the circumstances of chair’s condition. Long long process to eventually get no resolution, basically just accept the defective item as is, even a financial discount.
