Spa Chair does not go high enough for provider

I paid for an attachment for table paper for my spa chair and the piece was not sent. I emailed regarding the issue and haven’t received a response. When the chair was delivered it was delivered curb side on a wooden pallet. The entire package was over 220 pounds making it impossible for me to lift and bring inside to the first floor where my suite is located. I was not given an option for white glove service, otherwise I would’ve paid extra for this. When I asked the delivery person if he at least had a trolley or hand truck for me to attempt to bring the chair in he rudely told me no. I even offered to pay extra to have the chair brought into the first floor of the building and he still rudely refused. Not a great delivery experience at all but the chair itself is very nice.
