Pretty terrible communication, never let us know that the products we ordered were on back order, we had to call multiple times for information updates. We were also missing a face cradle for the table we purchased, we called and spoke to a rep and are still waiting to receive it. The table we ordered is supposed to have standard size face cradle holes but they are not. None of our face cradles will fit in the holes, I tried measuring internally and the channel to hold the face cradle actually gets smaller inside. Not too happy about that.

The extra 30$ for the foot guard is just a piece of plastic thrown into the box with no care at all. It also came with the paper towel holder thrown into the box which I didn’t pay for so who knows, maybe you get them either way and they just try to charge to make a few more bucks. The worst part is the plastic on the base. The base of the chair looks like it’s in horrible shape when you first open the box but it’s just very thin plastic you have to peel off. This took 2 people an hour to peel it all off. Order this chair and you’ll see exactly how poor the packaging is. Love the chair once it’s all said and done but I’d buy elsewhere if I could redo it all.

I didn't get all my parts for my steamer. I had to wait another week before I could use it. Which I needed. I also didn't get a manual with the product. I would say they are ok if you can not find what you need anywhere else

Ziz was good. The delivery was delayed multiple times and the product's steamer is weak. Not as satisfied as I was hoping to to with everything.
