Was not able to resolve the issue. I was sent an email discount code that did not work. I attempted to call you company on 6 different time over 2 days and no one answered. By chat the person indicated they couldn't find the code. I sent the email to them. A day later I received a nonsensical email back. I purchased the item from another source at a higher price because I received better service. I am attempting to remove your emails from my inbox for the future.

Non-delivery and weeks before re delivered. For a child? We won't use again for sure.

Will not order anything else from Source Medical Equipment. Please do not sell products to customers that can not be returned. The chair that I purchased was not what I thought it was going to be. Therefore I've wasted nearly $200.00 on a chair that I will not use. A totally U satisfied customer!!
