The online chat person was very helpful. My experience with delivery however was unsatisfactory. I made calls, left message and got no reply except for canned email " thank you for your message" I will not be ordering again from your company. I was told that delivery would be in 5-7 days. Instead the doppler, key to the purpose of my order did not arrive until 17 day later. I received the gel, (useless without the doppler) in a very timely way. And the information about shipping from three different sources did not make figuring out the problem any easier. Why on earth was the doppler shipped to Colorado to then be shipped with the case? Fortunately the doppler arrived 12 hours before the group left for the airport to Africa. Too tight for my peace of mind.

Is there anything less than one star? How would you send a survey without me getting the product I ordered, it has been close to a month and nothing. So instead of world class service how about decent service, improve on that.

Order placed almost two weeks ago. I have not received my order yet, nor have I received any shipment/tracking information.
