Wrong equipment

No customer service, placed order on 3/13 and no shipment 8 days later. Chat offline and no answer at 800 number during business hours.

Not very satisfied because we ordered chairs on Dec 13,2016 and we are still having issues with them. I email and call and the response is very slow, sometimes not response at all and I have to call or email repeatedly. Will be glad when this is resolved. Dana Egan

I canceled my order via email and received confirmation only to be charged a few days later for the product. Not happy.

Wrong size cylinder sent. Only goes to 28 inches high instead of 32
