I ordered furniture that was

I ordered furniture that was reported to be in stock on May 18th and my credit card was charged immediately and the order is still "processing" and we cannot get any resolution with the manufacturer as to shipping date or actual status. This is completely unacceptable performance.

I'm still waiting for a response regarding your company will be accommodating the part to make my last purchase complete because can't return or exchange for better fit. Very disappointed and properly won't purchase from your company again and most definitely won't recommend and thinking about about writing a review on Yelp about how diffficult to do business with your store. I'm very for a hash review

The medical equipment we got

The medical equipment we got was great but the service was horrible. Think it took 2+ months to get ONE surgical light. I called several times, promised a call back or email with an update. Never once did I get an email until I called one last time or I was going to cancel the order then magically it had 'shipped' that day. Oh and I got an excuse one of the phone calls from the girl saying "We might seem like a big company but I'm the only one who answers the phones." Like first of all who says that at a company? Lame excuse. I'll never use this company again. All full of excuses.
