The adjustable-height stool's footrest broke within a few weeks on both stools we ordered. The rubber collar in the footrest shredded, so the footrests sink to the bottom of the column, too far down to be usable on these standing-height stools. Source sent us new footrests, which didn't solve the problem since they would just break in the same way. Source offered to accept a return of the stools, but we couldn't manage to get them apart to fit into a box that would easy to ship ... we gave up, out of inertia. So we're left relying on 2 stools with useless footrests. Fundamentally it's a flawed design.

My product took forever to arrive . I called every day after it was supposed to be here and it still wasn't shipped for another week. I love my product but their estimated shipping time was very inaccurate.

We were charged for the product, never received it, and no one has returned my emails nor phone calls. We will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau soon.

I never got an update on order status. I called twice and never received a call back. I emailed twice and never got a response. Now chair arrived with missing parts!

Two months after I placed the order it never came. I have to call and send emails more than 5 times.
