slow delivery dverytime

I ordered and paid for a product you no longer carry. Now I have to check my credit card statement to make sure I was refunded.

Three months later and I still have not received my item. One month ago I called and the representative said it was delayed. Not news to me. A month later I email, and finally someone tells me when it's going to ship. Very disappointing service. We've been using a cardboard box in lieu of the product we've been expecting.

A ghost company, Order never sent and no way to communicate either by telephone or email. Shut down your site!

If there was a 0 or less, i would have given it. After three months of calling and emailing, we finally found out that what we ordered was on back order. No on communicated that with us. No one ever answers the phone or returns emails. Your company has the WORST customer service I have encountered.
