The product, when it arrived,
The product, when it arrived, was as expected. However, I paid for expedited shipping and it did not arrive in three days. Or 5. Or 7. So I used the online chat and found out that it was back-ordered and would not ship for another 20 days.
Clearly it is unacceptable that I did not receive this information. I needed my product urgently, so I sourced it from somewhere else. Once I confirmed that the shipment from the other vendor was in the mail I used the on-line form to cancel my order with Source (as I could not find another way to do so). Apparently the cancellation did not go through, and the product eventually ended up at my facility. I did not return it as my needs had changed and I can use two products, but I am dissatisfied that 1, it was not clear on the website that the product was not in stock, 2, that I was not notified of the expected arrival date (especially after I paid for expedited shipping) and 3, that there was not a clear path to cancel the order when I sourced from another vendor.
