The item I ordered was not the item that was described on the web-site, I also paid for overnight shipping. After 2 days I called and was informed overnight was not available. I was refunded the shipping charge, but it took almost 3 weeks to get my item - which was not what I expected it to be. I called and asked for a refund, they stated they would be happy to send me a call tag for pick up. That was 2 weeks ago and have not received one. I ordered the item I wanted from Amazon, paid $10 more than getting it from you, got it in 2 days and I'm happy with it. Your customer service reps are very nice, but there is a loss of communication somewhere.

The product, when it arrived, was as expected. However, I paid for expedited shipping and it did not arrive in three days. Or 5. Or 7. So I used the online chat and found out that it was back-ordered and would not ship for another 20 days. Clearly it is unacceptable that I did not receive this information. I needed my product urgently, so I sourced it from somewhere else. Once I confirmed that the shipment from the other vendor was in the mail I used the on-line form to cancel my order with Source (as I could not find another way to do so). Apparently the cancellation did not go through, and the product eventually ended up at my facility. I did not return it as my needs had changed and I can use two products, but I am dissatisfied that 1, it was not clear on the website that the product was not in stock, 2, that I was not notified of the expected arrival date (especially after I paid for expedited shipping) and 3, that there was not a clear path to cancel the order when I sourced from another vendor.

Your stated color choice "Quick Ship" misrepresents the actual service you provide. Three (3) business days post order and have yet to receive a shipping confirmation and/or tracking number… unacceptable!

I bought two mac 1200

I bought two mac 1200 ekg machines from you and when I ended up sending one back after only using it for 6 months I was told I would be charged for fixing it. Only after I fought with the rep. she sent it back repaired but charged me for the shipping and I had to wait too long for that to happen. We lost revenue while waiting for her to make the shipping of the unit happen. Was very upset with the whole process.
