Source Medical Equipment

Service was good, however the equipment could be better.

Placed order on the 18th, still processing, going to cancel the order.

My order was not a stocked item (this was not noted on the website) so it had to be ordered direct from the manufacturer. After patiently waiting, I called and after much back and forth, it was discovered that source medical had missed an email stating that the item could not be shipped to a residential address (my business office hours are sporadic and I did not want to miss the shipment). I updated my address, and received the item shortly thereafter. It took 3+ weeks for this all to occur, and it seemed like only one person was ever answering the phones or watching email. I would not use them again in the future.

Order was short product and it is now 4 weeks without problem corrected

I paid for 2nd day FedEx shipping, because I needed the items in two days. I made the order on Tuesday and it arrived on Saturday. I was refund for shipping. That was the generous compensation of a serious mistake.
