The ordering process was very difficult. I tried calling several times and each time I got a recording, asking me to leave a message for a call back to place my order. I was calling b/c I needed assistance, It was unprofessional for me to have to leave a message to place an order.

I placed one order with 2 stools, but I received only one. I called twice, customer service apologized to call or email me the status, until now, I still not receive the 2nd stool yet and no email about when the 2nd stool will be shipped out. Please investigate!

ordered via internet. Shipping WAY too slow. Next time I will expedite if needed sooner.

Long delay in delivering my lamp, I had to send an email requesting a refund to get a response and my lamp shipped.

I am a bit disappointed about the speediness of shipping. I order a chair on January 26. It is now February 3 and still has not been shipped or processed.
