Called product support at the number on the product's label... was told that the model number was not valid. After a few minutes the service rep figured out that the product was theirs and gave me a quick fix. Why do you have support people who don't recognize the products they support?

Excellent service over the phone and helpful staff. However the address was very wrong on my package and it could not be delivered to my house. I had to rush to the FedEx shipping center and pick it up only 2 hours before my international flight. Not the best first experience with Source Medical!

I dont like that it is difficult to determine weight becasue the dial is not single pounds. If I could return it I would.
