Like the whitener gel and pens. I wish the mouth pieces came with a container! I can’t speak to the charcoal as a toothpaste as it is so controversial. I won’t use it. That said, I am very pleased with the efficacy of the product and how it’s safe for sensitive teeth. I have cavities and there’s no pain (I don’t recommend this). I’m hesitant to think that the light does much, as it’s not that strong. But, I use it half the time anyway!
