The packaging was nice. The website has various varieties of items to choose from, which is a plus. The only thing I have an issue with thus far are the trays. I improperly left the tray in the water too long destroying it, so I can’t use them. It would be nice if the company provided free replaceable trays, as they are expensive to replace. Also, there should be at least two sets of trays that come in the teeth whitening kit, just in case you need to re-mold your teeth.

I swear by the product, it works, it’s convenient, and does not create sensitivity! The shipping was standard, but never received an update to track my package , just showed up to my house. Beyond that the service is always good!
