Skin Perfection Natural and Organic Skin Care

The product was dry in the bottle and can't be withdrawn from the bottle. According to the description it is liquid and we use it in drops. It is dry and solid and can't be withdrawn from the bottle in any way. I m so disappointed

The other boosters were fine in my order, but this Pepha bottle is empty! I opened it and there is nothing in it but a little, goopy remnants that is too absent of product to even pipe up the glass dropper. I tried pouring the bottle out and there is about 2 drops. Buyer beware! It has been nearly 5 days and they still haven't replied to my email or sent me a new bottle!

Nothing but a watered down product

Ongoing problem with a duplicate order that skin perfection said they hadnt received, yet charged me for then sent out incurring £47 customs charges, in addition to the £35 shipping charge. I received the first shipment with no extra charge so......i have been refunded , but they have not refunded me in total. Obviously errors made but not of my making so I am unhappy that the total was not refunded so will be reluctingly taking further action to have the balance refunded. a real shame as its not something i like to do, but its a matter of principle.
