Shipping was quick, the color was pretty but the texture was a little unrealistic

Sadly, I received hair that clearly had been opened and removed from packaging. The ties were not in place. The package was open and the hair was outside the plastic packaging. The second package appeared to be unused. Disappointed.

Online store was easy to navigate, delivery was fast, but the hair quality is awful. Definitely the worst set of extensions I have ever owned (shedding, matting, and a very strange factory coating that bubbled under plain water) despite having purchased Bohmye brand before, so I hope this was just a really terrible batch. 2 stars because the company itself seems good, but these extensions have been 100% unusable since the first wash.

Store and shipping was fast and really easy. The extensions (Boheyme) I ordered were very uncomfortable and itchy. The “mustache” is awful and was unbearable. Waste of money for me.

I have ordered from you guys many times and always been thrilled with my product. But in regards to the second last order #SHC3156. It was terrible quality and I had to have it taken out after one week as it tangled so bad it was unusable. I reordered another batch in the Luxe section and it’s Perfect and I’m happy with it. But I’m Out $164.00 in the meantime.
