I purchased the curly hair extensions and they are terrible. They tangled after the first wash. They are in a huge, dry clump at the ends. Awful.

I have always bought Brazilian Wave. In the Description for Shaharian Smooth, it dscribes it as the same as when Brazialian Wave is straight. I assumed you were describing right out of the package "straight" before allowing it to become more wavy,curly, kinky very kinky as BrazilianWave is known to do. Saharian Smooth came out of the package as if it was relaxed and blown. I am very disappointed. I didnt bother to go through the time consuming activity of explaining, exchanging and returning or doing all that knowing that the chance of me getting a refund was probably nil. Timeis money. My time is money. So, I took the loss and moved on. This was a waste of time and money. The descriptions should be accurate. "Be perfect with your words."
