Point rewards don’t seem to be available
I received an email that said I had points or savings available. I tried a couple times and was not able to redeem them. I like the product but points seemed easier to redeem previously??

Overall
Customer service is very responsive. I think the product bundles could be less since there is no insurance coverage for these items.
