I have continually found Core Protocol Blend lacking in quality consistency. It consists of numerous lumps of very hardened material which has necessitated my breaking and dissolving the them in a liquid median before consumption.

Extremely lumpy.....takes much more than a good shake to get rid of the lumps

So far I have not seen positive changes and wonder if all he products can have negative effect on breathing and lactic acid retention.

These products cause stomach upset. I have ALS and limited movement so getting to the commode several times a day ....... I have tried reducing the amount!! Nothing works. What is so annoying is that I bought two for discount, to save money, and I've wasted over £500, which I can ill afford.

I've only been on this product for 3 months and have noticed no change.
