Hi there - the product is very good however after I received what I believed to be one of the first order of masks, my right hand speaker stopped working somewhat nullifying the impact of the relaxation. any techinical assistance and repair would be appreciated

Mask over the eyes is uncomfortable to wear

It doesn’t stay in my head. It slips down the back of my head and the ear phones won’t stay on my ears. They don’t even touch my ears when I hold the device on my head. It doesn’t work like they say it does for me!

I am not sure my head is a good fit though.

The idea is solid, the execution is poor. The headphones earpieces though adjustable are a poor comparison to any in ear headphones that can easily be worn with an eye mask. Also the utility of this would be for a plane or train and there is no noise cancellation aspect. The app is not as good as other meditation or brain waves apps available. Sorry I wanted to like this more, but it misses the mark
