Looked good but lots of flaws. 1. Beeps in between tracks on iPhone, very annoying 2, does not fit well and you have to squash it to your ears to get any bass, however you position the speakers, 3. Hard part rubs on the bridge of your nose and is uncomfortable. 4. One side has now stopped working properly, probably due to the thin wires connecting the speakers. 5. Tracks on the app are very ‘Samey’ 6. Annoying glowing light you can’t turn of when the girlfriend complains so have to stop using is. Overall very disappointing, was a waste of money for me.

Did not ship after I paid !!!

I ordered Zense on 3 Dec and it has not arrived until today (2 Jan), despite the company's claims that it would take 10-14 days.

POOR COSTUMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! I NEVER RECEIVED MY PURCHASED ORDER!! 3 times EMAILING ! STILL ZERO ANSWER!

Firstly, the name Silentmode gives you the impression it’s going to block out external noise, which it does not do at all. It also doesn’t really tighten and stay on your head (tends to fall down from the back of your head so you have to regularly adjust it, which is literally the opposite of what you want to have to do while mediating!). The “music” that they provide with their app (free for the first 6 months) is absolutely horrible to listen to (compared with actual classic music that promotes balance). Plus, for usd$150+ You’d expect the Bluetooth to auto connect when you turn it on. It does not. Making the set up slow and kind of annoying each time you go to use it. And, to really make our experience buying this product terrible, we ordered a set of 2 (1 for me and 1 for my wife) as Christmas gifts and paid the extra express shipping cost so they arrived on time but only 1 arrived. We had to email them and ask for the second one, which they happily acknowledged their mistake and sent out, but not by express shipping and it didn’t arrive until long after Christmas. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone, your better of buying a black out eye mask and some noise cancelling headphones, which you’d be able to use for more than just meditating, and could potentially cost you less!
