Silent mode is super comfy, you really can lay down on it and the earphones cant be felt. The only reason I took off a star was I bought it for the adjustable power nap mode, which turns out to only be 20 minutes and not adjustable. The earphones are great, but they're not 100% noise canceling so dont expect them to be and you'll love them!

I enjoy using the mask, though I find it slightly uncomfortable when lying down. I have updated the Silentmode App, but I am just a little disappointed with the choices now available. I don't find any of the pieces very relaxing, I use another piece of meditation that suits me better. It would be wonderful if there were more available on the Silentmode App.

I really love the product and the concept and I use it daily. However, within the first few weeks, the right speaker stopped working which was very annoying. I wrote customer service who recommended to unplug and re-plug the white connector to the speaker. That worked temporarily but then stopped working again. Honestly, I gave up and now I use it with high quality earbuds. I'm not happy with the quality of the audio portion of the product.

The mask is well crafted and haa a solid feel. I do not use the audio often so far, in part because i find the voice giving instructions in the silent mode app somewhat annoying and raspy. Like he's trying to sound more richly than the vocal range allows, more basso than there is naturally. I would prefer an app that is lighter in terms of size (MBytes).

I bought these for my wife and to start with they were brilliant but after a couple of weeks the left ear piece started to fail and not long after so did the right It still works but not to level I would have expected. For the price the build quality should match as we love the concept
