I read quite a bit about Sienna Naturals and was excited about trying it out on my search for a new shampoo and conditioner set that could help keep my hair healthy and is also, a natural option. When using the shampoo, I need to either use a bunch the first time around or come back around and shampoo again because a dime size or even a quarter size is not enough to wash through all of my hair. My hair is thick but only a little longer than shoulder length, nothing too crazy. To be using so much shampoo at that cost when it won’t last long now makes this incredibly expensive. The smell is also not what I was expecting. Not quite the smell of a salon but definitely a bit “chemically” for a natural shampoo. I won’t be ordering this again and have found a better product elsewhere. Just disappointed in the results with this product.

I’ve literally never used worse shampoo or conditioner. I threw away a full bottle of each. That was a waste of money.

They do not respond back to emails.

This product does not work well on c4 hair. It dries your hair out. Doesn't leave any shine. Your hair feels hard. I would not recommend it to anyone.
