Everytime I order from your website, I have a problem. Most times I am not able to use any discount code you send or points I have in my account. The site will usually freeze before I can complete the purchase and it is very slow as I navigate around it as if there are always too many users on the site or it is not size correctly for the amount of product and images you have on site. When the site fails (usually during check out), I have to reboot and my discount codes and/or points discounts will be gone. Once I contacted your customer service and they reapplied them but I really don't have the time to do that every time I place an order. So recently, I only order when I am almost out of product (because I do love your products) and I just ignore using any discounts. Hope you get this fixed soon because this has been my experience over the last 2 years.

Too toxic for my body

I am highly disappointed that fedex stated they delivered my preorder package and I have camera footage that it was not delivered! Your customer service has highly disappointed me. I was so excited to receive my order and now I’m utterly disappointed.
