Well, I keep getting repeated requests for a review, so. . since you asked so persistently. Here it is. Customer service is either nonexistent or the worst on the planet. I didn’t receive an item from my order over a month ago, and I reached out multiple times to customer service with zero response.

Shipping was fast but products did not work for my hair, and I carefully read the instructions and gave the products a few days to start working. Expensive sample set and I won't get to use the $45 credit towards a first purchase.
