We really like the products and totally appreciate Sienna’s truly clean ingredients ethos. We are extremely grateful for this kind of care for our health and wellbeing. Companies that understand how important it is NOT to use products like phenoxyethanol should be commended and patronized. That said, your use of add-ons like Route and Skip the Line are distasteful and tarnish your customer experience — especially considering your higher product price points. Other small, clean ingredients brands keep it simple, clear, and efficient for customers in assuring that a high level of efficiency as well as delivery security is included with and inherent in the cost of every purchase.

Loved the product at first but over time it started to feel cakey like we needed to clarify our hair. I think it would work better for more coarse and coily hair.

I think the design and layout is good. If I had to change anything, it would be making the (native?) text larger.

The products arrive as promised in great condition and the only concern I have is the rewards program doesn't seem to work I've tried several times and I haven't been able to get it to give me the reward but I love the product so I continue to order
