Shipping was great

Packaging was good. I took one star away because I wish the shipping was faster. It took about 7 days to arrive and I am used to a quicker arrival time with other companies.

Only restocked some products I use during summer.

Website was easy to navigate, however, the full ingredient list would be helpful with more visibility. Allergic to products and unfortunately cannot use after $100 spent.

I've always appreciated how quickly Sienna Naturals products arrive; they typically come fairly fast in my opinion. However, during my last order, I experienced a mishap where one of the items leaked. While I understand that USPS might handle boxes roughly, I think it could be helpful to consider changing how the items are packaged to prevent this issue. Just a thought or suggestion!
