Damaged product and poor customer service refusing to replace

Shipment is awful. I placed an order on 3/1/2022 and today is 4/25/2022. It should’ve been a 2-3 week wait and we’re going on almost 2 months. Each person keeps telling me “next week” and I was also told it would be 1 day shipping for the wait and that was 2 weeks ago. I Will never order from here again and keep demanding a refund since I was charged 2 almost 2 months ago and still haven’t received my item.

Haven’t received yet ordered in February. Said item was shipped still haven’t gotten the shipment. Will never order anything from you again
